Overview

Zero Emissions On The Proven MV Platform

The International® eMV™ Series is International’s battery electric medium duty truck, built on the tried and trusted MV™ Series platform. Clean energy fuels up to 342 peak horsepower and 1,737 lb-ft of torque with acceleration equal to or better than diesel, all with zero tailpipe emissions.

Because an EV has substantially fewer parts, the eMV cuts scheduled maintenance dramatically: no engine oil, no fuel or air filters, no turbo, no EGR, no injectors, and no aftertreatment. Regenerative braking extends brake life and returns energy to the battery on every stop.

Factory-installed ePTO and ePower systems draw from the propulsion batteries to run booms, dumps, refrigeration units, and more, which makes the eMV a real work truck, not just a delivery van chassis. International also offers turn-key charging consultation to guide fleets through electrification.

Electric Drive

Power Without The Pump

210 kWh LFP Battery

609V nominal · ~189 kWh usable

Lithium Iron Phosphate pack with dedicated thermal management (BTMS) using standard red coolant, with usable capacity after the base charge protection reserve.

Dana Direct Drive Motor

342 hp peak · 1,737 lb-ft peak · 730 lb-ft continuous

A single direct-drive electric motor delivers instant torque and acceleration equal to or better than diesel.

Regenerative Braking

Three driver-selectable levels

Recovers energy on every stop to extend brake life and add range back to the battery.

  • Model MV60E, 107.9" BBC, 40" BA.
  • ePTO uses a single high-voltage connection to power boom, crane, and bucket bodies; quiet operation lets bucket operators talk to the ground crew.
  • ePower uses a dual connection rated 13.5 to 14.2 kW continuous per connector and 19.7 kW fused peak, ideal for refrigeration bodies.
  • International’s electrification team provides charging consultation, onboarding, and driver training.
  • Typical range of 135 miles is conditions dependent and varies with environment, driving behavior, load, and regen use.
